About NGOOrbit
NGOOrbit is an NGO management software service developed by PP DESIGN AND TECH. The service allows subscribing organizations to manage donors, contributions, programs, volunteers, beneficiary records and workspace staff.
Information handled
We may process account names, work email addresses, authentication information, organization profiles, subscription and transaction references, and activity/security logs. Organizations may upload or enter personal information about their own donors, volunteers and beneficiaries. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, especially information about children.
Purposes
We use service information for authentication, account operation, support, billing, security and permitted service communications. Organization records are handled to provide the features their authorized users request.
Service providers and security
Hosting, database, transactional email, and payment service providers may process information needed to deliver their services. We use workspace access restrictions and operational security measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Retention periods depend on the type of record, legitimate service needs, applicable law and organization instructions. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent through the organization's administrator or to the published NGOOrbit support contact. Certain records may have legal retention requirements.
Children and NGO records
Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis and required permissions before uploading beneficiary or child data. NGOOrbit should not be used to store information beyond what is necessary for program management.
Updates
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change and will publish the updated date.
Contact: Please use the support contact published on the NGOOrbit website. The final legal contact details, retention schedule, processor list and grievance arrangements must be verified before launch.
