Service

NGOOrbit, developed by PP DESIGN AND TECH, provides organization workspaces for NGO administration, donations recordkeeping, project operations and related functions. Availability of features and usage limits depends on the selected subscription plan.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, maintain secure credentials, grant access only to authorized users and promptly notify the service operator of suspected unauthorized use.

Organization data

Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, permissions and permitted use of the information they enter. You must not upload prohibited, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary sensitive personal data. You must have suitable authority to act for your organization.

Donations and receipts

Recorded donations are organization-entered accounting references and are not automatically evidence of bank settlement, tax deduction eligibility, Section 80G certification or an audit. Subscription payments to NGOOrbit are separate from donations to an NGO.

Subscriptions

Paid features are governed by the plan displayed at checkout. Renewal, cancellation and refund handling must be confirmed in the final commercial terms before live billing is enabled. Changes to a plan may affect feature access, but data portability should remain available.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content or interfere with other organizations. Maintenance and outages may occur. Availability guarantees, liability limits, dispute resolution, governing law and refund arrangements require final legal approval before public launch.
