Returns Policy

No physical returns
NGOOrbit supplies digital access to an online NGO management service. We do not ship physical items, so there are no product returns, collection arrangements or return-shipping charges.
Digital subscriptions
Software access, once made available, cannot be physically returned. Requests involving an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, unavailable paid service or cancellation should be submitted under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Those requests are reviewed based on the payment and service circumstances and applicable law.
Your organization's data
Canceling a subscription or raising a billing dispute does not automatically delete NGO data. Before changing or closing an account, download any records you need through the available data export options. Data retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
